Why we use it
We use this information to review and respond to your enquiry, discuss your requirements, arrange a site visit where appropriate, prepare estimates or proposals, keep relevant project records, and understand which marketing activity generates genuine enquiries.
Our lawful basis
We process enquiry information where it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and for our legitimate interests in responding to potential customers, operating our construction business and measuring the effectiveness of our marketing. We do not use an enquiry checkbox as consent for unrelated marketing.

Where a Marval-owned Meta Pixel ID is configured, Meta advertising and conversion measurement for Facebook and Instagram ads is disabled until you grant advertising-cookie consent. If you reject non-essential cookies, the Meta Pixel will not load and Meta conversion events will not be sent from this website.
When you submit an enquiry, we retain campaign-attribution details with the Formspree enquiry where they are available, including UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term, fbclid, the landing-page URL and referrer. This helps us understand which campaign or creative generated the requested consultation.
Meta events are limited to non-sensitive page, form-start, telephone-contact and successful-lead signals. We do not send your name, email address, telephone number, postcode, project description or other enquiry details to Meta.
